The R.E.L.A.X Retreat was birthed out of Karen's own desperate need to have a moment in her very busy schedule where she could simply do what it says on the tin...RELAX.

As a full time mother of five children, four of whom are fast growing boys, Karen is no stranger to the demands and challenges that life brings. In 2014 the first R.E.L.A.X Retreat was held at a 'home from home' retreat centre situated in the leafy suburb of Sussex, United Kingdom, where 35 women came together to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of each others company. In the years that followed the R.E.L.A.X Retreat has continued to be a place of solitude and safety for women who have been called and chosen to inspire, impact and influence.
Karen Allen is the visionary and host of the annual Women’s empowerment event DARE TO DREAM, which inspired and transformed the lives of countless women throughout the UK during it’s years of operation (2008-2014).
Dare to Dream was often described as ‘one of the UK’s most inspirational, insightful and impactful experiences for women’.
